中南大学爱尔眼科学院概况

     中南大学爱尔眼科学院是由中南大学与爱尔眼科医院集团联合成立的眼科学院。中南大学是国家首批“211工程”和“985工程”院校,是首批“双一流”建设高校,是综合实力强的大学之一。爱尔作为全国的眼科医院连锁集团和眼科行业唯一上市的企业,拥有强大资金实力及跨越亚美欧500余家医院的丰富临床资源及经验。

    中南大学和爱尔眼科从历史责任和战略发展的高度给予了深刻认识和高度重视,并以超前的眼光、开放的心态、创新的理念,合作成立了国内眼科学院。中南大学爱尔眼科学院是中国第 一所专门的眼科医学院,改写了我国没有眼科专门医学院的历史,具有里程碑式的意义,是社会资本与高校合作办学的有益探索和践行,将对我国医疗教育改革产生深远的影响。

    中南大学爱尔眼科学院是以专门开展眼科高级人才培养为特色的眼科学院,在吸收全国优秀医学生的基础上进行硕士生和博士生的培养,每年计划招收30名硕士生和10名博士生。学院平台开放,校企资源共享,传承中南大学优秀的基础教育优势的同时进行创新。秉承共建、共管、共享、共赢的合作原则,具有全新的办学理念和鲜明的教育特色,实行双方授权理事会管理下的院长负责制。

    中南大学爱尔眼科学院以提高眼科医疗技术能力与学术水平,加强眼科学科建设,实现人才和就业相结合为目的,科学开展医学教育,创新医、教、研相结合的教育体制为目标,将眼科医学人才培养、科学研究、临床实践环节拉通,使眼科医疗、教育、科研的结合落到了实处。解决了人才短缺和动手能力不足的问题,是眼科医学教育改革的一次有益探索与创新,对于我国医疗改革也有着非同寻常的示范意义。学院聘请中科院院士、中华医学会眼科学分会委员、各爱尔眼科医院归国博士、院长等优秀的导师来院任教。学院的成立及其运营管理模式的创新性设计,使得学院与医院一体,医生与导师一体,理论与实践一体,临床与科研一体,学习与工作一体,这就限度地使临床教学、科研、学术紧密结合,高度关联,实现了无缝对接,这种体制及理念更能实现临床技术和科研的提升和突破,使学院教学、科研与国际同步。学院的成立对接和拉通了与政府、社会、市场、行业、合作方的资源通道;学院和爱尔眼科在科研项目申报、良好政策享用、发展问题解决、行业信息服务等方面,获得了各方丰厚资源支持,从而使学院以其开放的平台聚焦精英培养,铸造国内乃至学科。



Aier School of Ophthalmology, jointly established by Central South University and Aier Eye Hospital Group. This university is among the first group admitted into Project 211, Project 985 and Double First-class University Project. Aier Eye Hospital Group, as the largest eye hospital group and the first IPO listed enterprise in the flied, possesses strong financial strength and rich clinical resources from its over 500 eye hospitals in Asia, North America and Europe.


With inherited historical responsibilities and innovated strategic development, Central South University and Aier Eye Hospital Group established the first ophthalmic college in China with advanced vision, open mind and innovative ideas. Aier School of Ophthalmology, Central South University, as the first specialized ophthalmic college in the country, marks as a milestone in the field. The establishment of Aier School is an exploration and practice of cooperation between social capital and high education, which gives a profound impact on the medical education reform in our country.



Aier School of Ophthalmology, Central South University is an institution that aims at cultivating advanced ophthalmic talents. We are determined to educate talents of graduate with the enrollment of 30 postgraduates and 10 doctoral students each year. The School is an open platform with resources shared by Central South University and Aier Group. She inherits the spirit and culture of the university while dedicates in innovation at the same time. Adhering to the cooperative principles of co-construction, co-administration, sharing and win-win, she bears a brand new educational philosophy and distinctive education feature, which grants the dean with full responsibility under the authorization of school council sets up by both sides.

The establishment of Aier School of Ophthalmology aided on solving the shortage of talents and sergeants, it is a beneficial exploration and innovation of ophthalmology educational reform, and also a significant contribution to medical reform in China.
